1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using ReRole, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.
2. Description of Service
ReRole is a job board that connects job seekers with employers based on skills rather than job titles. Job seekers can create skills-based profiles and apply to jobs. Employers can post job listings and review applicants.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit to ReRole, including job postings, profile information, and uploaded documents. By submitting content, you grant ReRole a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and use that content in connection with operating the platform.
You are responsible for ensuring that your content is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe on the rights of any third party.
5. Job Seekers
Profile information, skills, and work history must be truthful and accurate. ReRole does not guarantee employment or that employers will contact you. Any hiring decisions are made solely by the employer.
6. Employers
Job postings must represent legitimate employment opportunities and comply with all applicable employment laws. ReRole reserves the right to remove any posting that violates these terms or is otherwise deemed inappropriate.
7. Third-Party Job Listings
Some job listings on ReRole are sourced from third-party platforms. These listings link to external websites for application. ReRole does not control and is not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or content of third-party listings.
8. Payments and Sponsorship
Employers may pay to sponsor job listings for increased visibility. Payments are processed through Stripe. Sponsorship fees are non-refundable once a listing has been sponsored. ReRole reserves the right to change pricing at any time with reasonable notice.
9. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings or profile information
- Scrape, crawl, or collect data from the platform without permission
- Impersonate another person or entity

ReRole and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ReRole and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written consent.
11. Limitation of Liability
ReRole is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy of job listings, employer legitimacy, or the outcome of any application or hiring process. ReRole is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
12. Termination
ReRole may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ReRole and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
14. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of ReRole will be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Washington, United States, rather than in court, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations. You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action.
15. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
